About the position
In the role of customer service representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring positive customer experiences. Through incoming calls, emails, and chats, you will guide customers in their needs by offering engaging upselling and service.
You will:
• Handle incoming customer calls and meet customer needs with professionalism and engagement.
• Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Work with administrative tasks such as emails, chats, and case management.
• Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

Requirements for the position:
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• Comfortable with computer use.
• Completed upper secondary education.
