About the position As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for ensuring positive customer experiences and delivering successful service. You will handle incoming orders via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers through engaged and meaningful service while using your interest in clothing to create tailored solutions for their needs.
You will:
• Handle incoming customer calls and address their needs with professionalism and commitment.
• Perform various administrative tasks such as managing emails, chats, and case handling.
• Offer customized solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships.
• Work towards set goals while receiving ongoing support and feedback from your manager.

Requirements for the position
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient with computer operations.
• Completed high school education.
Employment type and start date
• Start: By agreement.
• Employment type: Initially, we offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidate.
• Working hours: We offer Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 15:00. The majority of shifts will be on weekdays, but we hope you can be flexible and work weekends as well.
