We are seeking someone who wants to take on this exciting challenge as a consultant for a long-term assignment at Swedbank. For this assignment, you will be employed by TNG but based at Swedbank's office in Gothenburg.
Job Responsibilities
As a customer advisor in Small Corporate Service, you will interact with business owners in their daily operations, primarily through phone and written communication. You will play a central role in creating truly satisfied customers by providing quick, efficient, and personalized service. Through your work, you will contribute to building long-term relationships and securing business deals that create value for both the customer and the bank.
This is a role that offers you the opportunity to develop both your business acumen and self-leadership. In an open and collaborative team, you will share experiences and support each other in daily work.
Good to Know
You will become part of Swedbank's corporate service, located in Gothenburg. The role involves daytime work, and you will receive comprehensive onboarding when you start. You'll work in modern facilities alongside engaged colleagues and a present manager who supports your development.

You have previous experience in service or customer support and understand that it can sometimes be a bit stressful. To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who is curious, communicative, and interested in further development within the bank. You communicate very well in both Swedish and English.
