About the Job
At our Digital Bank Office, we meet customers in spontaneous as well as scheduled bank meetings remotely, via phone and our other digital channels. We also work proactively to address the whole picture. Together, we will be responsible for providing service and advice to our banking customers throughout the county. You will become part of an engaged team and company, focused on growth and the customer!
Responsibilities
* Conduct customer service work within banking operations primarily over the phone but also through other digital communication channels, such as Säkra.
* Provide the best possible service to existing and new customers.
* Identify potential in the customer's business.
* Manage variable interest rate discounts on mortgages.
* Schedule customers for consultations with our colleagues.
* Guide customers to the right channel and assist them in our digital channels, such as Internet banking and the banking app.
