ABOUT THE POSITION: In our customer service at Danske Bank, you play a central role in assisting customers with a variety of inquiries. Your tasks include informing customers about the bank's products and services and educating them so they can resolve simpler matters on our website or in the banking app. Our ambition is to resolve the customer's issue on the first contact. Your primary communication channel will be the phone, and to some extent, also email and chat. You will also actively conduct needs analyses where you tailor the bank's services and products to each customer's specific needs. In addition to your tasks, you will also be offered a certification in providing information about securities.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Has a completed upper secondary education
- Master Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms
- Has good computer and system skills
We would prefer if you have knowledge of or an interest in finance, preferably within securities, as well as general work experience. It is an advantage if you have an academic education in this field, but it is not a requirement.
