Together, we create a work environment where all employees can contribute to our shared success. **The Role:** As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of our bank and have daily contact with our customers. You will be responsible for providing professional service and advice regarding our products and services. As a Customer Advisor/Customer Support, you will also work closely with our association customers to ensure their needs for financial services and support are met. You play a central role in our ambition to deliver exceptional customer service, which is important to us. In your role, you are an ambassador for the bank, and your mission is to represent the bank in the local market together with your colleagues. You will do this, among other things, by participating in business networks, sponsorship activities, and customer meetings. **Your Main Responsibilities Include:** - Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits at our bank offices. - Assisting customers with account management, payments, powers of attorney, estates, and other banking matters. - Identifying opportunities for upselling the bank's products. - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through quick and effective problem-solving. - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and efficiently. **We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:** - Experience in customer service, preferably within the banking or finance sector. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - The ability to work proactively and independently solve problems. - A genuine interest in service and building long-term customer relationships. - A Swedsec license is an advantage. **What We Offer:** At Sparbanken Gotland, you will have the opportunity to develop in a dynamic team where your work makes a difference.
