In this role, you need to: • Hold a Swedsec Advisor License, Mortgage License, and Insurance Distribution Rights (IDD). • Have a strong ability to assess the total needs of the customer. • Maintain a high level of service and focus on exceeding customer expectations, along with a drive to do business. • Have the willingness and motivation to achieve successes for the office with the team. • Work nationally with customers from across the country while strengthening the local brand. • Be curious, attentive, pedagogical, and possess social skills to build trust in customer interactions.
