About the Role As a Customer Advisor with us, you will be a key person in our new team at the Stockholm office. You will work with warm leads, meaning that customers have already expressed interest in our products. This role is not about cold calling; it’s about guiding, inspiring, and creating tailored solutions for each customer. You will accompany the customer throughout the entire process – from the first contact to the finalized agreement – and build long-term relationships. The role also includes designing solar panel systems, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth project delivery. We Are Looking For Someone Who • Has sales experience and feels confident in customer dialogues. • Is proficient with phones and computers. • Is social, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Is fluent in Swedish and English. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with CRM systems. • Previous experience in the solar panel industry.
