**About the Position**
As a corporate advisor in our store in central Stockholm, you will be part of a close-knit team of over 10 people and take on a role with a wide variety of tasks at Stockholm's leading Apple retailer. You will be the face of the company, and your role will be to ensure that our customers receive first-class service in our store as well as through all other contact channels. The office is directly connected to the store, and you will work in both retail and office environments.
**Responsibilities**
In the Store:
- Receive and log customer service requests in our service system and prepare these cases for our team of technicians.
- Provide support and service in-store for devices that do not need to be logged for service.
- Advise and sell to customers in the store.
- Administer incoming customers in our business system and create a tailored shopping experience for each customer.
In the Office:
- Order Management: Receive and manage incoming orders via our website and email, from order placement to delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide support and handle inquiries via our phone system and shared email for incoming requests.
- Sales: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email.
- Process insurance cases for contract customers.
- Administer new contracts and new customers in the business system.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
**Your Profile**
- We prefer that you have a passionate interest in Apple products and computers and possess that "little extra" touch.
- You have previous experience in customer interaction, for example in retail, business, or restaurants.
- You are service-minded and professional in your interactions with customers.
- You have completed your secondary education.
- You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
