About the Job
As a Customer Advisor at LF Kalmar, your work is characterized by customer contact through three channels: personal meetings, phone, and digital platforms. Regardless of the channel, the focus is on creating good customer experiences and customer security. This is done by identifying customer needs within the framework of Länsförsäkringar's comprehensive solution, which includes banking, insurance, and real estate brokerage.
As a Customer Advisor, you play an important role and are in most cases the first point of contact for the customer. We offer you a stimulating and developmental job with extensive customer interaction. As an employee at LF Kalmar, you contribute to the company's overall development and goal achievement.
The position involves working at our offices in Kalmar, Borgholm, and Nybro.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine and developed sense of customer service and who strives to exceed our customers' expectations. You are likely currently studying at university and want a job where you can apply your knowledge in service, customer relations, economics, or sales.
As a person, you have a good ability to identify different customer needs. You have a business-oriented mindset and strong commitment and drive.
To thrive in the role of customer advisor, you need to be able to work both in a group and independently. You are goal-oriented, proactive, meticulous, and accustomed to taking responsibility. We prefer candidates who have previously worked with some form of customer service and have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form.

The position is located at our office in Kalmar. Start date by agreement. This is a temporary position with hourly compensation.
