About this role

Are you a person who loves sales, building relationships, and has a big heart for helping others? We are now looking for a dedicated team member for our client who wants to make a difference – someone who not only matches people with the right solutions but also ensures the entire experience is positive and memorable! What will you do? In this role, you will hold a key position where you work on creating strong customer relationships and ensuring that the right person receives the right offer. You will drive the process from the first contact to the final deal, focusing on minimizing administration and maximizing customer satisfaction. Examples of tasks: • Match needs with the right solution. • Build relationships and create networks. You will be the face of our client and the one who builds long-term relationships with both customers and external partners. • Contribute to a pleasant and engaging work atmosphere. You play an essential role in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the business. Working goal-oriented is something that drives you. • You are passionate about service and ensure that both customers and stakeholders feel seen and heard. • You are flexible and open to working varying hours based on the business's needs. • Experience in sales or customer contact is an advantage, but the right attitude and commitment are the most important! • A valid driver’s license (B category) is required to travel to different locations within the assignment.
