**Job Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities as a Customer Receptionist will involve providing service and customer interaction at a well-known company in Stockholm. Your tasks will include scheduling customers for service appointments via phone, receiving and handing over vehicles, and processing payments. Your work will be conducted using the workshop's computer system as well as through phone and email. A strong focus will be placed on service and customer satisfaction.
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service-oriented role. You have a strong sense of service and the mindset to always seek solutions. We believe you are a person who is passionate about working with people and providing excellent service. You are comfortable reaching out to new individuals and thrive in a flexible work environment. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
