Together, you will be responsible for the daily operations and for creating a top-class customer experience. We offer the security of working in a stable company with a collective agreement, excellent development opportunities, and a workplace culture where we care about both customers and colleagues.
About the Position
As a customer representative, you will be the face of our company to our customers and a crucial link in the entire service experience. You will greet customers, both on-site and via phone and email, ensuring they feel seen and well-informed throughout their visit to the workshop.
You will plan the daily operations, coordinate work in the workshop, and assign tasks to our skilled mechanics who service and repair trucks, buses, trailers, and superstructures.
In summary – you play a central role in ensuring our customers have a smooth, professional, and positive experience every time they visit us.

About Us
Norrlands Bil Group has approximately 350 employees spread across seven locations in Northern Sweden, from Skellefteå in the south to Kiruna in the north. The group consists of four companies: passenger cars, heavy vehicles, service, and mobility/finance. Our core values emphasize customer focus, teamwork, honesty, and personal commitment. We see these guiding principles as an essential compass for how we operate and how we achieve the goals set for our business. Our goal is for customers to be extremely satisfied after visiting us. Learn more about us here: www.norrlandsbil.se
Three pioneers joining forces. Norrlands Bil is the sum of three parallel success stories. Skellefteå Bil started in Skellefteå in 1944, Müllers in Luleå in 1946, and Bil-City in Kiruna in 1961. In our shared story, we find some milestones in the development of the passenger car. As the Volkswagen Group developed into several world-leading car brands, these family businesses grew into pioneers in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
Today, we employ a total of around 380 people across the three companies: Norrlands Bil Sverige AB (passenger cars), Norrlands Bil Tunga Fordon AB (trucks), and Service AB (properties & finance). We are distributed across seven locations from Skellefteå in the south to Kiruna in the north, with a turnover of approximately 1.5 billion.
As the automotive industry evolves rapidly, it means we must also develop the people behind the technology and prioritize our most important resource – our employees! Working at Norrlands Bil should be characterized by job satisfaction and excellent opportunities for further education, not only within the different car brands and Scania but also for other roles internally. Our general agents from the Scania and Volkswagen groups offer and coordinate training to ensure we keep up with developments. Do you want to be part of the journey?
