Your Role with Us
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist our customers when they have sustained damage to their vehicle. You will welcome them and ensure they receive the best possible service.
You will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, receive and hand over vehicles, conduct damage assessments, create damage estimates in the Cabas system, and invoice customers. The role also includes communication with insurance companies and suppliers via phone and email.

We are looking for someone with an interest in and preferably knowledge of cars. We place great importance on your personal qualities and would like to see that you have a strong commitment to what you do, as well as a curiosity to learn new things.
Requirements
- B driver's license (manual transmission)
- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Documented experience with computer use and digital tools.
Meritorious
- At least one (1) year of experience in a previous service role
- Experience in the automotive industry or work in a repair shop
- Knowledge of the Cabas system is an advantage.
Workplace: Visby
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime
