We are now seeking a service-minded and driven customer service representative for our auto repair shop. Tasks include booking customers for service and repairs, scheduling work for mechanics, processing customer payments, and ordering spare parts. You should have good automotive knowledge and speak and write fluent Swedish. A key focus is providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction.
We want someone who is passionate about working with people and service. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with new people and thrives in a flexible work environment. You should have an excellent sense of service.
You should be:
• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Automotive technical education or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Proficient with computers
• Good English skills
• Valid driver's license (B-license)
This is a full-time position. We apply a six-month probationary period followed by permanent employment and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
