We are now looking for a service-minded, confident, and driven Customer Receptionist with parts responsibility for our vehicle workshop, which is currently in an expansive phase. **About the Role** As a customer receptionist, you will be one of our key individuals in customer interactions. You will have a central role where you: • Welcome customers and schedule service & repairs • Plan jobs together with the mechanics • Handle payments and customer communication • Order, receive, and deliver spare parts • Maintain order in the warehouse and ensure correct stock levels • Ensure smooth flow between customers, the workshop, and the warehouse You will be the link between the customer, the workshop, and the warehouse – and a central part of the operation. **We are looking for someone who is:** • Experienced in service, parts, or workshop work • Solution-oriented, meticulous, and confident in both decision-making and customer interactions • Structured and skilled at prioritizing • Familiar with working in various systems and not afraid of new programs • Organized and professional in your customer interactions • Able to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Holds at least a B driver's license **Meritorious:** • Experience with automotive/truck parts • Technical education in vehicle technology or industry experience • Financial acumen and a sense for business • C or CE driver's license; the right candidate can receive assistance in obtaining heavier qualifications **We offer:** • Full-time Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 • 6-month probationary period • Individual salary setting • Internal and external training • A secure, stable company that has been around since 2008 with extensive experience • A workplace where we enjoy ourselves, laugh, and grow together • A team where your role is important – and where you always have colleagues who support you **Welcome to Us** Here, you will meet an engaged team passionate about vehicles, quality, and service.
