Customer Receptionist, Borlänge

We are seeking a customer service representative with technical expertise and strong administrative skills for our service facility in Borlänge. You will be the face of our company to our customers and serve as a link to our own service personnel at the facility. Your main responsibilities Your primary task will be to plan and allocate the workshop's work and ensure that communication with customers and suppliers is handled effectively. Together with service managers and fellow customer service representatives, you will ensure that the service technicians receive the support and guidance necessary to perform service and repair work and, when needed, act as a substitute for the site manager/service manager in their absence. The role also includes workshop administration, invoicing, handling supplier complaints, time reporting, and managing supplier invoices. You will also receive customers via phone and in the workshop. To succeed and thrive in this role, you have: - A relevant background and likely several years of experience in similar tasks - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Strong computer skills - A valid driver's license (B) - Strong administrative abilities - Previous experience in vehicle-oriented operations and good vehicle technical knowledge is highly advantageous.
