Customer Receptionist as Needed – Rikta Skadecenter, Järfälla
We at Rikta Skadecenter are looking for a service-oriented and organized employee who can work part-time as needed in our customer reception. The workplace is located at Skarprättarvägen 20 in Järfälla (Stäket), and the work takes place during daytime hours, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Responsibilities include opening and closing the facility.
We are a specialized bodywork and painting shop for vehicles, and our primary customers are businesses and individuals with a claim case at their insurance company.
**Responsibilities**
• Greet customers in person and over the phone
• Schedule damage inspections and workshop tasks
• Handle customer cases related to insurance claims
• Perform administrative tasks related to claims management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
✔ Experience in the automotive industry and CABAS
✔ Good communication skills and customer service orientation
✔ You are organized, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
**Preferred Qualifications:**
⭐ Experience in the vehicle damage industry
⭐ Knowledge of CABAS
**Additional Information**
• The position includes a 10-day training program
• You should be able to work flexibly as needed and be available on short notice
