What will you be working on?
As a customer communicator, you are the first point of contact for customers when they call. You will handle many incoming calls, both alongside colleagues and sometimes independently.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Receiving and responding to incoming calls in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Managing calls by effectively directing them to the appropriate channels
- Providing support and answering questions from callers
- Independently seeking and utilizing the right information to provide the best possible assistance to the caller
- Actively contributing improvement suggestions to enhance our customer service and our own operations
Who are you?
You are a service-oriented person who wants to make a difference for people and is attentive to the needs of all callers. You can handle difficult conversations under time pressure and have the ability to adapt to each unique call. You work efficiently and in a structured manner, benefiting from this during periods of high tempo. You are a team player who steps up when needed but also enjoys working independently.
We are looking for you:
- Previous experience in switchboard operations or in the service industry is highly advantageous.
- You can work both day, evening, weekend, and night shifts, as the schedule varies.
- Your Swedish and English are good in both spoken and written forms.
- You are comfortable searching for and processing information via computer, and experience working with various systems and programs is a plus.
About the position
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: 60%
- Working hours: 19:00 to 07:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Start date: December 8, 2025
- Probationary period: 6 months
