About the Position
We at Uniflex Kalmar are now seeking a customer service representative for one of our customers, a leading property developer and manager in Sweden.
The job duties include incoming calls where you help customers with their inquiries, including invoice questions and error reporting. The position also involves some administrative tasks and email management. As an employee, you will receive coaching, training, and the opportunity to set personal goals to help you develop and enjoy your role while contributing to the organization's growth.
The assignment is full-time with varying work hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends. This is a long-term position starting with a 6-month probationary period. The employment begins with a 4-week paid training period. Start date is around the November-December transition.

To be suitable for this position, we require:
• Education at a minimum high school level
• Good knowledge of Office programs
• Fluent and high-quality Swedish speaking and writing skills
• Experience in the service industry, preferably in customer service, reception, or retail
