**Client Success Manager** In the role of Client Success Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop and nurture long-term relationships with our existing clients. By creating a secure and inspiring customer experience, you ensure that our clients receive the best service and experience possible. You constantly strive to find creative solutions that enhance the customer experience and identify new opportunities that make a difference for both us and the client. With a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business, you will be an integral part of our growth and success. **Main Responsibilities** - Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. - Understand customer needs and challenges to identify new business opportunities. - Create and implement strategies to maximize sales potential for each customer. - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. - Achieve and exceed KPIs set by the company, such as sales targets. - Strategically follow up on sales and business opportunities based on established KPIs. **Who Do We Think You Are?** To thrive as a Client Success Manager, we envision you as a communicative and business-driven individual with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. We would like to see that you have several years of experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in marketing and influencer marketing. You possess a strong ability to understand customer business needs and translate these into solutions in a structured manner. With a strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach, you help our clients achieve success.
