About this role

We are Seeking a Customer Success Manager for Our Client Join an innovative team and help shape the future of transport and logistics! Our client is a spin-off company from Volvo Group offering digital solutions for the transportation industry. They are launching a next-generation open platform for the logistics market, designed to transform the industry by combating inefficiency and promoting sustainable transport solutions. The goal is to make all transportation sustainable through the power of shared data and trustful collaboration – playing a crucial role in the transition towards net-zero emissions transport. As their customers grow, the company grows with them – and now they are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure their success every step of the way. The Role This is more than just a role supporting existing customers. You will be deeply involved in implementing new customers, guiding them from onboarding to full platform utilization. You will work closely with users to ensure they get up and running quickly and smoothly – and gain full confidence in the solution. Once customers are onboarded, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships by delivering top-tier customer support. Through the client's help center, you will become the go-to person for advice, insights, and support. By understanding their needs and goals, you will help them extract real value from the platform while identifying opportunities for expanded usage, renewal, and deeper collaboration. You will also have an active role in identifying and reaching out to new customer prospects, working closely with the sales team to support outreach initiatives and contribute to expanding the customer base. Your insights into customer needs and market demand will be valuable in how the client communicates its offering and engages new customers. Collaboration and Development This is not just a customer-facing role. The client works cross-functionally, and your field experiences will be crucial in shaping their future services and products. You will collaborate with colleagues in product development, sales, operations, and management to provide customer insights that influence new features, customer journeys, and service offerings. You may also contribute to internal initiatives – such as improving processes, supporting new service launches, or handling administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Who Are You? We believe this is a role for someone who is proactive, structured, and relationship-focused. You enjoy building relationships, managing complex situations, and solving problems before they escalate. You are equally comfortable mapping a customer journey as being hands-on during platform implementation. You likely have a few years of experience in a SaaS or tech environment, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or other operationally complex areas. You speak and write fluent Swedish and English, are based in or near Gothenburg, and look forward to becoming part of a fast-growing company where flexibility, collaboration, and responsibility are an inherent part of daily life.
