Role – Customer Success & Back Office
As a Customer Success & Back Office representative, you are a central part of both the customer journey and the sales process. You work closely with our customers and our sales team to create a smooth and professional overall experience – from the first contact to final delivery. The work involves a combination of customer interaction, administrative tasks, and internal support. You are both the company’s voice outwardly and the important hub internally that makes things happen.
Your main responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide world-class service and support while building long-term customer relationships
• Enter orders, oversee contracts, and ensure that all details are correct from the start
• Support our sales team internally in their deals – from contract signing to final delivery
• Collaborate with other teams to quickly and effectively resolve customer challenges
• Contribute to improving our processes and creating even better customer experiences

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service, administration, or similar roles
• Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented manner
• A positive attitude and ease in collaborating within a team
• Initiative and a desire to always exceed expectations
You are organized and responsible, but also creative and curious. You follow routines when necessary – and dare to think outside the box when it benefits the customer or the team.
Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where days vary
