About this role

Do you want to be part of our cheerful team that assists customers before and after their journey on the Øresund Bridge? With us, you will contribute to an outstanding customer experience! About the Position As a Customer Center Employee, you will work in an open office environment alongside service-oriented colleagues. You will experience a fast-paced atmosphere and respond to our customers' inquiries both by phone and email. The most common questions you will handle relate to pricing, invoices, complaints, and refunds. Øresund Bridge's customers speak Swedish, Danish, and English. It is a requirement that you have a good understanding of all the aforementioned languages and are comfortable speaking Danish, as the majority of customers are Danish-speaking. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:15. In your role, your main responsibilities will include: • Focusing on an outstanding customer experience • Meeting set KPIs • Handling incoming calls via phone and responding to emails • Other administrative tasks, such as mail handling and registration The position as a Customer Center Employee is a consulting assignment as needed through Adecco, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately. Your employment will begin with comprehensive training. We are conducting ongoing selections, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the right person. About You We are looking for someone who is service-minded and seeking a long-term employment opportunity. You will work as needed during the semesters and be available for more hours during school breaks. You have previous experience in customer contact, and experience in customer service is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you need to have good communication skills, be able to build relationships easily, be solution-focused, and adaptable. Since you will be working with multiple systems, it is essential that you are computer literate and a quick learner. To thrive in this role, you should have a positive attitude and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. Important for the Position: • You are currently a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% • At least two semesters remaining in your studies • Available to work two days a week, as well as full-time during Christmas and summer • Previous experience in service • Good knowledge of Swedish and English • Understand and can be understood in Danish Desirable for the Position: • Experience in customer service where you have handled inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Fluent in Danish, or Danish as a native language Note! The start date for this position is January 2026. The position begins with training scheduled on the dates listed below.
