We are looking for a customer booking agent for our client in the telecom sector.
The company provides comprehensive solutions in telephony and switchboards for businesses. Through free analyses and partnerships with all major operators, the company can always present the best solutions for its customers. The company has been in operation for over 10 years and has extensive experience in the industry.
As a customer booking agent, you will be responsible for contacting businesses, conducting a quick needs analysis, and then scheduling a meeting for one of our account managers. The responsible salesperson will then visit the client to sell the product.
You will only contact companies with 5 or more employees, and you will use an easy-to-understand CRM system to assist you in your work. You will also have access to a simple analysis system that will help you in your interactions with customers. We work full-time from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
We offer:
A central office with a view of the water and close to public transport. We continuously provide training to further develop our staff, creating a good foundation for advancement within the company. You will receive a fixed salary of 22,000 SEK plus commission and attractive competitions.
We are looking for someone who wants to work with the phone as a tool and is not afraid to create new contacts over the phone.
You should be social and fluent in Swedish.
We require at least 6 months of prior experience in sales or booking.
