About the Role As Customer Responsible Pension Administrator, you will become an important part of our team in Täby. You will be responsible for ongoing administration for some of our customers and ensure that every detail is correct – from file management and customer contacts to analysis and follow-up. With us, you'll work independently but closely with colleagues, Account Managers, and our analysts. You'll become a central contact point for the customer and contribute to improvement and development – both in our processes and digital systems. You will: * Be responsible for administration and customer dialogue related to occupational pensions * Control and send files to Collectum and insurance companies * Participate in customer meetings * Perform analyses and controls, primarily in Excel * Contribute to the development and improvement of our working methods and systems Who Are You? You are meticulous, engaged, and thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility. You enjoy customer contact and easily build long-term relationships. To succeed in the role, you are: * Analytical, thorough, and enjoy working with numbers and structure * Independent, with the ability to take significant responsibility for your tasks * Communicative, and comfortable leading customer meetings and creating long-term relationships You have good knowledge of occupational pensions and collectively agreed insurance. Experience with ITP is meritorious. You are accustomed to working in Excel and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
