YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a client manager at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You will be the company’s professional face to the outside world, building long-term relationships with our clients. Your daily tasks will be varied, with the following foundation: - Prospect new clients - Handle cold and warm calls to clients - Identify staffing needs for new and existing clients - Tailor staffing and recruitment solutions to meet client needs, acting as a consultant for recruitment requirements - Conduct sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in-person at client locations - Follow up and maintain client relationships both in the short and long term YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-focused. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility and take the initiative for your own development! You take ownership of your work and like to motivate those around you to succeed together! Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in sales - Fluent in Swedish and English - Driver's license (B) Meritorious: - Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telemarketing or field sales - Background in sports - B2B experience ABOUT FRAMTIDEN Framtiden works with both staffing and recruitment; we aim to make a difference in people's lives.
