YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Manager at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You will be the company’s professional face to the public and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your daily tasks are varied, with the following foundations:
• Prospect new clients
• Handle both cold and warm calls to clients
• Identify staffing needs for new and existing clients
• Tailor staffing and recruitment solutions for clients, acting as an advisor on their recruitment needs
• Conduct sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the client’s location
• Follow up and maintain client relationships in both the short and long term
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive in an environment where you have freedom under responsibility and actively pursue your own development! You take ownership of your work and push your surroundings to succeed together!
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• B driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in proactive sales, such as telemarketing or field sales
• Background in sports
• B2B experience
