About the Role
As a Customer Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for your own customer portfolio in Gothenburg, focusing on creating satisfied and long-term customer relationships and active agreements within the company’s business areas, including Food & Event, Staff, and Housekeeping. You will drive the entire sales process according to Carotte’s “Way of Sales” from prospecting and booking to needs analysis, quotation, and signed agreements while ensuring a smooth handover to delivery. You report to the Team Leader and work closely with colleagues across the country through weekly meetings, joint visits, and collaborative activities. In your daily work, you will manage tasks in a structured manner using CRM and monitor your goals with clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting prospecting, booking, and execution of customer meetings.
- Preparing quotations and securing accurate agreements/documents.
- Following up on KPIs (customer visits, quotation inventory, business deals, closing and booking rates).
Qualifications and Attributes
To succeed and thrive in this role, you are a relationship-building B2B salesperson who enjoys owning the entire business process, from the first call to extensions and upselling. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and possess the drive, structure, and ability to plan smartly and independently. With experience from the delivery side, such as office management, project management, staffing, or events, customer service is important to you, and you have a forward-thinking attitude that fosters good relationship conditions.
Additionally, you have:
- Work experience in B2B sales and managing the entire sales cycle.
- A background in hotel management, facility services, events, or staffing.
- Experience in building your own customer base within a premium B2B offering.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Excellent skills in both Swedish and English.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if you understand the business from the customer’s perspective or if you have a background in coworking.
