STAPPERT Sverige is currently in an exciting growth phase and is looking for a new colleague for the Västerås office, responsible for the Mälardalen/Norrland region. **Customer Account Manager for the Mälardalen/Norrland Region** In the role of Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving sales within the product areas of bars, tubes, fittings, and sheets. You will work both strategically and operationally throughout the entire sales process: from prospecting and customer visits to closing deals and follow-up. Your focus will be on building long-term and profitable customer relationships while strengthening STAPPERT's position as a leading supplier in the industry. **Your main responsibilities:** - Drive and develop sales within the region - Identify and approach new customers while further developing existing business - Conduct customer visits, provide quotes, negotiate, and finalize deals - Collaborate with inside sales and colleagues to ensure a high level of service - Plan and follow up on sales activities in CRM and business systems - Contribute to market analyses, business development, and sales strategies **Experience and Knowledge:** You have experience working in a solution-oriented and advisory sales role, where you prioritize customer needs and provide technical knowledge to create added value. Through your background, you have developed a good understanding of material standards, quality requirements, and processing processes, enabling you to engage in qualified discussions with both purchasers and decision-makers. Your experience encompasses the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and customer analysis to quoting, negotiating, and follow-up. You have worked independently in the field but are also accustomed to closely collaborating with an internal team of inside sales and logistics functions. An existing customer network within the machining or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous, as is experience with CRM and business systems, preferably in B2B sales. A valid driver's license (B) is required. **Personal Attributes:** To succeed in this role, we believe you have solid experience in sales within the stainless steel industry, with knowledge of stainless materials and the industry's requirements for quality, logistics, and availability. You are business-driven, relationship-oriented, and possess strong self-motivation.
