YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As an Account Manager at Resultat, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You will be the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients. Your daily tasks will be varied, including the following: • Prospecting new clients • Managing cold and warm calls to clients • Identifying staffing needs for new and existing clients • Tailoring solutions in staffing and recruitment for clients, acting as an advisor to their recruitment needs • Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in-person at the client’s location • Follow-up and client care in both the short and long term YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone eager to develop in sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive in an environment that offers freedom with responsibility and take initiative for your own development! You take ownership of your work and actively encourage those around you to succeed together! Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in sales • Fluent in Swedish and English • B driver's license Meritorious: • Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales • B2B experience • Background/education in Economics ABOUT RESULTAT AB Our job every day is to find the right person for the right place.
