Then this could be your next role. What will you do in this role? As a Customer Account Manager at Gothia Kompetens, you will play a crucial part in our mission to make a real difference for those who work with children and students every day. You will engage in solution-oriented and consultative sales of our training programs in the preschool and school sector – focusing on how teaching and learning can be developed in practice. You will be responsible for achieving set goals by independently and proactively building and developing long-term customer relationships – from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up. Our customers are found in both the private and public sectors, and you will meet, among others, teachers, development leaders, principals, and operational managers. Through your understanding of the education sector and your ability to identify customer needs, you will create solutions that provide real value in everyday life. You will represent Gothia Kompetens at fairs and customer events and act as an ambassador for our brand, our knowledge, and our commitment – for a better day at work. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you: • Have experience in consultative or solution-oriented sales, preferably within education or another knowledge-intensive field, • Have a strong ability to understand customer needs and create added value, • Are structured, self-driven, and enjoy a role with a lot of activity and responsibility, • Have a background in education – for example, as a teacher, principal, or development leader – which gives you insight into the customer’s reality. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup and will spend your workdays at Gothia Kompetens, which has its office in Kungsholmen. Gothia Kompetens offers a flexible working approach, allowing remote work two days a week. Travel and overnight stays may occur in the role.
