YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As an account manager at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You will be the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.
Your daily tasks will be varied, with the following foundation:
• Prospecting new clients
• Handling cold and warm calls to clients
• Identifying staffing needs for new and existing clients
• Customizing solutions in staffing and recruitment for clients, acting as an advisor to their recruitment needs
• Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily in person at the client's location
• Following up and maintaining client relationships in both the short and long term
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You thrive in working with freedom under responsibility and proactively drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and are keen to motivate those around you to succeed together!
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in sales
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• B driver's license
Meritorious:
• Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
• Background in sports
• B2B experience
