JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a Client Manager for Nacka!
As a Client Manager, you will manage the company's relationships with caseworkers and clients and be involved in the initiation of new client cases. In your role within personal assistance, you will be responsible, in consultation with the Operations Manager, for planning, implementation, and follow-up of the operations. You will make financial decisions within set frameworks, have delegated responsibility for the work environment, and lead and distribute daily tasks.
The position includes personnel management, which means coordinating employees and creating their work schedules. Responsibilities include leading staff meetings and establishing good relationships with your team. Administrative tasks are also part of the role, which means the Client Manager will handle staff time reporting to the Social Insurance Agency, payroll reporting, and ensuring that documentation is completed. You will be the direct supervisor of the personal assistants in your unit.
A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement for this position.

PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Client Manager or equivalent.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Post-secondary education.
