We are now seeking a Customer & Sales Manager who wants to drive sales and customer engagement with a focus on value-based selling, coordination, and long-term business. Work as Customer & Sales Manager for City Network
As Customer & Sales Manager, you will have a key role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships - from private individuals to companies and housing associations. You will work both strategically and operationally with customer engagement, coordination between business areas, and follow-up of assignments. You will have significant room to influence work methods and contribute to our business development. The role is customer-focused and business-driven, with an emphasis on creating structure, building long-term relationships, and driving business that makes a difference.
Your tasks will include:
• Responsibility for customer matters and administration related to assignments, invoicing, and daily operations
• Collaboration with Marketing Manager regarding communication, campaigns, and customer information
• Active participation in trade shows, events, and customer meetings to engage with customers and strengthen the brand
• You will be part of an engaged and competent team that supports each other and shares knowledge to develop together

Your Profile
To succeed in the role of Customer & Sales Manager, we believe you are a person driven by results and creating value for both customers and the organization. You have a genuine interest in technology and digital infrastructure, and enjoy a role that combines business acumen with relationship-building work. You are accustomed to working systematically, have a good ability to prioritize, and are comfortable taking responsibility for both operational tasks and long-term planning.
You are attentive, communicative, and able to build trust when meeting customers, where value-based selling is a natural part of your approach.
You should have:
• At least high school education
• Several years of work experience in customer responsibility, customer care, sales, or other relationship-building work
• Interest in technology and digital infrastructure
• Proficiency with computers and digital tools
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (B-class)
Additional merits include:
• Experience selling technical products or services
• Experience with value-based selling
