About the Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and is confident in working with various systems. The role is a combination of:
Customer Relations
- Calling customers, following up, and rescheduling assignments
- Creating and nurturing long-term relationships
- Being a friendly and reassuring voice on the phone
Office-Related Tasks
- Keeping track of the coffee machine, making simple purchases, and handling minor fixes in the office
- Ensuring that things run smoothly in daily operations (without needing to handle a vacuum cleaner…)
Administration & Planning
- Booking and planning assignments in our systems
- Working in business systems, CRM, and other IT tools
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries
- Potential project management (for more senior profiles)
- Overseeing smaller customer assignments or sub-projects
- Following up, reminding, organizing, and ensuring that tasks are completed
The role can be partially shaped around you – if you are more junior, it will involve more customer contact and administration; if you are more senior, project management and additional responsibilities can develop naturally.
Who We Are Looking For
We believe that you:
- Enjoy talking on the phone and are not hesitant to reach out to customers
- Have strong computer skills and are accustomed to working in various systems (not just browsing and social media)
- Are organized and enjoy planning and keeping track
- Thrive on helping others and “making a difference” at work
- Speak and write Swedish fluently
- Preferably live in or near Kungsbacka, so commuting works in your daily routine
Meritorious (not required, but a significant plus)
- Experience with the Pyramid business system
- Experience with other business systems
- Familiarity with working in CRM systems
- Previous role in IT support or similar
- Experience coordinating or project managing smaller assignments
