About the Job
As a Enforcement Officer, you primarily work on investigating assets and making decisions about appropriate coercive measures. You have an impartial role, helping those who want to be paid and providing support and advice to those who need to pay.
You begin your employment as an aspirant and undergo internal training where practice alternates with theory for approximately one year. The training includes subjects such as law, interaction, and conversation techniques.
Work tasks vary in scope and complexity. The cases you handle require speed and efficiency while maintaining quality. Using laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. You work both in and outside the office, investigating the debtor's assets and executing evictions.
Everyone working at the Enforcement Agency contributes to fighting crime. Your duties include identifying and preventing criminal attempts and notifying other authorities about suspected offenses. As an Enforcement Officer, you might discover various types of criminal activity during field missions and collaborative efforts with other agencies. This can result in helping stop money laundering and preventing organized crime.
Location is Kristianstad.

Your Qualifications:
- 2 years of current employment as an administrator in the enforcement section of the Enforcement Agency, demonstrating very good ability to independently analyze and handle complex tasks
- Driver's license for manual transmission vehicle
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

Good to Know
The position is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an Enforcement Officer aspirant. The Enforcement Agency offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.
Working in the public sector means following the state's core values. Special requirements include good judgment, security awareness, and compliance with applicable laws. We will ask questions during the interview about previous potential criminal history and employment shortcomings. For final candidates, these questions will also be asked of reference persons. We will also obtain information about registered debts, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. Revealed information will be weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the position.
Employment may involve placement in a security class. A security review with register check according to the Security Protection Act may be conducted before employment decision. Some tasks in security classes require Swedish citizenship.
