Job Description
As a district nurse/nurse, you will perform standard reception tasks such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, medication management, and telephone consultations. At the diabetes clinic, you will provide individually tailored advice, education, and support to patients. You will have independent responsibility for tasks including scheduling, patient calls, follow-up and treatment assessment, and ordering diabetes medical supplies.
