As part of LGT Logistics' planned growth, we are now recruiting a creative and dedicated salesperson with the goal of offering more companies the quality and high service level we stand for. In this role, you will represent LGT Logistics while offering all of the company's services in furniture distribution.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a salesperson, you will be responsible for prospecting, sales, and relationship-building activities with both existing and new customers, whom you will meet through independent customer visits, joint visits, and industry fairs. At the customer’s location, you will offer unique solutions to their short-term needs as well as long-term and strategic collaboration agreements. To succeed in this role, you will have access to a sales system, a company car, an attractive service portfolio, good references, and, not least, a competent team of colleagues with whom you will collaborate and utilize in your daily work.
**Your Profile**
To fit in and thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in sales, building relationships, and creating business opportunities from your background as a salesperson, preferably in transport services or the furniture industry. You have knowledge and understanding of all stages of the sales process and see every activity as a pathway to business. In this role, you will offer both quick solutions and long-term collaboration agreements. You will have considerable freedom, as much of your work will be conducted in the field, which requires you to independently plan and structure your daily activities, take the initiative to contact customers and partners, and drive the sales process forward.
It is advantageous if you have a network within or have previously worked in the furniture industry and e-commerce, but you can learn our services, processes, and working methods. Most importantly, you have your own drive, a desire to develop, and the ability to create value-generating business. A valid driver's license, IT proficiency, and language skills in Swedish and English are required. You will report to the CEO.
As a salesperson at LGT, you will enjoy a varied and dynamic workday with great diversity, flexibility, and freedom under responsibility. You will receive a competitive salary and a bonus model that allows you to influence your own earnings. You will work from home in your company car but also have the option to work at one of our corporate offices located in Tibro, Jönköping, Värnamo, Malmö, or Helsingborg. Your playing field is broad, and you will engage and build relationships with end customers and partners in Sweden as well as in the Nordic region, which means that regular travel will be required.
