Requirements Coordinator

We are seeking a Requirements Coordinator for the Tvärbanan Kista branch program. This is a consulting assignment. The position is full-time. The task involves close collaboration with the client, which demands a high degree of flexibility and teamwork. **Assignment** **About the project:** The program includes several sub-projects: - Bromma–Ursvik – responsible for land, construction, and BEST up to Hpl Ursviks torg - Ursvik–Helenelund – responsible for land and construction to Kista as well as BEST to Helenelund - Helenelund – responsible for land, construction, and new road passage under E4 - Signal – responsible for the design of the signaling system along the entire route **Objective:** The project aims to contribute to an attractive and efficient public transport system. Urbanity and design have been prioritized in the planning. **About the assignment – Requirements Coordinator:** The role involves supporting the requirements management team and independently driving the requirements work in one of the sub-projects. Examples of tasks include: - Adjusting and updating requirements in the Polarion system - Reviewing and updating governing regulations - Monitoring verification and acceptance of requirements with technical managers and designers - Managing deviations - Ongoing requirements work within the program **Profile:** You are self-driven, structured, and accustomed to meeting deadlines. Experience in construction and/or BEST is an advantage. Technical understanding facilitates daily work with requirements. **Requirements (Note: mandatory)** - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. - At least 3 years of experience as a Requirements Coordinator, Requirements Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar within infrastructure projects in the design phase. A Requirements Coordinator, Requirements Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or similar is someone who has worked with systematic requirements management at an overarching project level. - At least 3 years of documented experience as a configuration and change management responsible within requirements management and quality assurance in projects of similar nature (infrastructure, technology, systems, vehicles, etc.). - At least 3 reference projects where the consultant has practically worked in the requirements management tools Polarion REQUIREMENTS or equivalent requirements management programs. - At least 3 years of documented experience in requirements analytical work (requirements specification/formulation/structuring/prioritization/review/change management/V&V, etc.) in technical projects within similar domains (infrastructure, technology, systems, vehicles, etc.). **Meritorious** - Competency and experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Engineering, demonstrated through education or proof of active involvement in at least one assignment. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordinating role in a railway or construction project within the design phase in the public sector. - Technical experience from a railway or construction project in the design phase, through at least 2 reference projects (contract value >300M SEK) with a role as a designer, technical manager, technical coordinator, project leader, or equivalent role. **About us** Centio's overarching goal is to be a consulting company that offers smart and sustainable solutions that positively develop society.
