Requirements Manager

We currently have a new need and are therefore looking for a consulting colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting operations, which means you will be employed by us and work at client sites or on internal projects and commitments. Your Profile (Mandatory Requirements) • University or college education of at least 120 credits/180 ECTS in computer science, informatics, or engineering in electrical or computer engineering, or another equivalent education in the field. Alternatively, at least 9 years of relevant work experience. • At least 9 years of experience in requirements specification, including work with functional and non-functional requirements. • Work experience in requirements analysis within development teams from requirement gathering to implemented functionality in production. • At least 5 years of experience in the role of requirements analyst in business projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. The experience should include projects with at least 2 integrated IT systems and encompass requirements for managing dependencies between systems, processes, and data sources. • Work experience in agile development teams and requirements related to IT-intensive system development. • At least 5 years of work experience in developing and documenting workflows and processes during IT changes. • At least 5 years of experience in business and information architecture. • At least 5 years of work experience with one or more requirements tools, e.g., Azure, JIRA. Meritorious • At least 5 years of experience in UX design or usability knowledge. • At least 5 years of experience in test management and developing test cases based on requirements. • At least 5 years of work experience in development work according to SAFE or another agile methodology. • Certification according to IREB, REQB, or equivalent certification.
