About this role

About the Assignment We are seeking an experienced requirements analyst with strong expertise in public procurement for an assignment related to requirements specification, analysis, and documentation of a new framework agreement for dynamic signs and associated control systems. The role involves working closely with procurement managers, business managers, and technical specialists throughout the procurement process – from requirements gathering and formulation to analysis, quality assurance, and support in evaluation. You will be a key person in ensuring that requirements are clear, legally correct, and well-anchored in the organization's needs. Work Tasks • Identify, formulate, and document functional, technical, and legal requirements. • Drive and coordinate the development of procurement documents. • Plan and lead dialogues with internal and external stakeholders. • Quality assure requirements and contribute to prioritization and evaluation. • Support management of framework agreements, options, and order flows. • Ensure that procurement work is in line with current legislation and internal guidelines. The work will be done in close collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups, where communication and structure are crucial for success. Qualifications - Mandatory Requirements To be considered for the role, you must meet the following: • At least 5 years of experience in public procurement according to LOU or LUF. • At least 1 year of experience in requirements specification for technical systems related to customer or passenger information. • At least 1 year of experience in requirements specification in a public organization. • At least 1 year of experience in coordinating framework agreement procurement. Meritorious Experiences • Experience in telecommunications procurement with a focus on accessibility for persons with disabilities. • Experience in process description in connection with procurement of new systems. • Experience in handling orders based on contract options. Other • Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work. • Workplace: Office in central Stockholm, with work equipment provided by the client. • Scope: 40 hours per week. • Start: January 1, 2026. • End: June 30, 2026. • Extension possibility: Up to 12 months.
