Assignment Description
You will be part of a working group consisting of procurement managers, IT business managers, business managers for operational issues, and business managers for dynamic signage.
The assignment involves supporting the working group throughout the procurement process in its various phases. The procurement manager has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the procurement is conducted in accordance with current procurement legislation and the client's internal procurement rules and guidelines. However, the assignee must have a deep understanding of applicable legislation to provide effective support. Furthermore, the assignment involves significant responsibility for conducting dialogues with stakeholders (internal and, where applicable, external) in a professional and cohesive manner. The client's IT department, Communication and Sales (passenger services), and expanded metro management require close collaboration.
The assignment includes:
• Collection and identification of various types of requirements, such as functional requirements, user requirements, system requirements, accessibility requirements, and technical and legal requirements
• Requirements design (based on personal experience with similar requirements work)
• Analysis, prioritization, and quality assurance of requirements, as well as documentation and specification of requirements
• Planning, management, and implementation of entire or partial procurement document development, including coordinating work within the management related to requirements setting
• Planning, leading, and documenting dialogues with internal and external stakeholders
• Participating in evaluation of procurement requirements
• Handling related agreements and option utilization, and supporting the ordering process
Mandatory Requirements
• At least 5 years (or 2 assignments) experience in public procurement (procurement documents, evaluation, etc.) LOU, LUF.
• At least 1 year (or 1 assignment) experience in technical system requirements related to passenger (customer) information.
• At least 1 year (or 1 assignment) experience in requirements setting in a public organization.
• At least 1 year (or 1 assignment) experience in coordinating framework agreement procurements.
Meriting Experience
• Experience from at least 1 assignment in the telecommunications area where agreements, products, and/or services were developed or delivered with accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities.
• Experience from at least 1 assignment including process descriptions in connection with new system procurement.
• Experience from at least 1 assignment including responsibility for orders based on contract options.
