Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least 9 years of experience as a requirements analyst and who has developed deep expertise in the field. You are accustomed to working independently, taking responsibility for sub-areas, and acting as a role model for other consultants. You have a natural ability to lead small groups and create structure in complex project environments.
In the role, you will:
• Collect, analyze, and document requirements from various stakeholders
• Work closely with system developers focusing on integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Develop technical and non-functional requirements related to performance, security, availability, and operability
• Collaborate with solution architects and IT operations to ensure requirements are feasible and well-anchored
• Interpret technical documents such as architecture descriptions, sequence diagrams, and data models, and translate these into functional requirements
You have good experience working with established tools and methods and are comfortable expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. The role requires Swedish citizenship and excellent communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing. The assignment is located with the client in Enköping and requires physical presence five days a week.
