As a requirements analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, documenting, and ensuring the quality of requirements related to the development, implementation, or procurement of IT solutions. You will work closely with the business, technical specialists, and management leaders to ensure that the solutions developed support the business's needs and requirements for functionality, quality, and security. We are seeking someone experienced in requirement specification and procurement of standard systems within IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM). We are also looking for someone with experience in requirement specification and procurement of systems more related to infrastructure, particularly in the area of IT workplace. The role requires being proactive and engaged with a good understanding of various areas and needs. **QUALIFICATIONS** You are goal- and results-oriented with the ability to drive work forward and achieve set goals. We are looking for someone who has: - An academic degree or equivalent vocational training in a relevant field, such as computer science, IT engineering, or civil engineering, or similar, alternatively other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. - Several years of experience in requirements analysis within IT. - Several years of experience in developing requirement specifications, procurement documents, and evaluation models. - Experience in supporting needs gathering and interpreting requirements in connection with the implementation of standard systems. - Experience in acceptance testing and verification of delivered solutions. - Experience in contributing to the development of work methods and processes for requirements management within the organization. - Experience in ensuring traceability between requirements, testing, and solutions. - At least three years of experience in requirements work within IT projects or management organizations. - Excellent ability to analyze business needs and translate them into requirements and solutions. It is a merit if you have: - Experience working with requirements specification in procurements according to LOU or equivalent regulations. - Experience in the procurement of standard systems, preferably case management systems. - Experience in ITSM and/or ESM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). - Experience working with requirements within infrastructure/IT workplace. - Experience of working within an authority. - Very good knowledge of support processes. - Good knowledge of process development. - Knowledge of the ITIL framework. - Knowledge of agile working methods. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** To be considered for employment with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, you must meet high standards concerning suitability, judgment, awareness of security and confidentiality, and adherence to applicable laws.
