We're seeking someone with the ability to provide notable service and who is something of a jack-of-all-trades. As a property caretaker, you'll be responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior environments and performing repairs for an area, taking pride in keeping everything completely clean and secure. The job involves making independent decisions and being proactive in managing and developing your area. As a property caretaker, you have significant importance for our tenants' satisfaction and well-being.
Work Tasks
• Responsible for interior and exterior maintenance
• Snow and ice management
• Green area maintenance
• Apartment inspection when tenants move out
• Introduction of new tenants
• Property rounds
• Handling maintenance requests
• Performing maintenance and minor repair work
• Participating in tenant activities
• Customer matters

Your Competence
Basic Requirements
• Completed high school education, preferably with practical orientation
• Experience in repair/installation for private customers or similar tasks
• Customer interaction experience
• Experience working with IT systems via phone or computer
• Driver's license (B-class)
• Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written
• Good English language skills, spoken
Meriting Factors
• Professional experience in real estate or related industry
• Experience maintaining green areas
• Tractor and machine familiarity
• Multilingual

Additional Information
Full-time positions with work hours 07:00-16:00.
Occasional off-hours work during winter season, including snow and ice management standby.
Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
