Our mission is to offer all residents of Kronoberg County specialized psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and habilitation. Care should be provided in collaboration with other actors within and outside Region Kronoberg, with a cohesive care chain and patient participation in focus. We aim to create good conditions for our patients to receive the right care and treatment from the best possible expertise. As a coordinator in our team, you will have a significant role in the department's staff. The staff consists of HR, controllers, staffing planners, and secretaries. We are currently 13 people supporting the operations. The staff's mission involves support and service to management to achieve set goals, drive development, and create comprehensive solutions with the patient at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator, you will have an interesting and varied work in a stimulating environment. You will work on behalf of management groups and the staff chief. The coordinator role is practical and operational, focusing on making things happen. You will have a key role with tasks such as planning and coordinating development initiatives, supporting the implementation of decisions, and contributing to documentation and reporting. This includes convening work groups and driving work forward. Another important part of the role is developing effective routines and working methods. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate has at least a high school education and documented experience in qualified administrative work and project/process coordination. Experience and understanding of political governance in the public sector is meritorious. As a person, you thrive in a varied workday and are flexible in your approach. You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and tackle processes in a structured and systematic manner.
