You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, and administration.
In the second assignment, you will be responsible for coordination within staffing. This means ensuring that the right competencies are in the right place at the right time. You will plan and coordinate staffing within health and care, manage the hiring of substitutes, and optimize resource use in the operation. The work primarily takes place in the Time Care Pool system, where you match available resources against needs and competency requirements. You will maintain ongoing contact with hourly employees, managers, and colleagues and be responsible for bookings and associated administrative tasks.
The role requires a good ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances. You should enjoy working in a structured manner and have a knack for collaboration and communication.
You will work closely with the unit manager and colleagues and participate in development work within the unit. Together, you will contribute to creating efficient processes, sustainable solutions, and a good work environment that supports the municipality's overarching goals.
