About this role

**Description** In January 2025, we opened our short-term accommodation at Byalagsgatan 3 with two units, and in the fall, we will be launching a third. Our short-term accommodation welcomes adults aged 18 and over who have been granted assistance under the Social Services Act. This may include individuals who have acquired an injury in adulthood and therefore have a temporary increased need for support, care, and rehabilitation, or other life situations that require a person to stay for a period in short-term accommodation. Our team consists of nursing assistants, nurses, support educators, a rehabilitation team, and three unit managers who work closely together. Currently, the operation has a coordinator, and as we continue to grow, we are now looking for an additional coordinator. **Responsibilities** As a coordinator, you play a central role in creating structure and flow within the organization. You are responsible for coordination between several functions and serve as an important link between the operation, authorities, and external stakeholders. Your main responsibilities include: - Managing the daily handling of the Functional Mailbox and inquiries from SPINK (Consolidated Placement and Procurement Function). - Maintaining ongoing contact with SPINK, caseworkers within functional support, nurses, unit managers, and rehabilitation regarding new and ongoing placements. - Coordinating meetings: scheduling follow-up meetings, creating invitations, and inviting relevant parties. - Documenting in Treserva and Solrosen: journal notes, incidents, conversations with relatives, and deviations. - Distributing and closing assignments in Treserva and liaising with LVS. - Updating the accommodation list weekly and sharing it with relevant professional groups (rehabilitation, nurses, support educators, unit managers). - Supporting users in administrative contacts with authorities such as the Tax Agency, the Social Insurance Agency, and financial assistance, as well as other authorities. - Coordinating discharges in dialogue with authorities, relatives, nurses, rehabilitation, and home care services. - Managing transport orders (Göteborgs Bud, transport services, lying transport) and supporting users in contact with 1177. - Keeping statistics and reporting occupancy rates. - Participating in staff meetings and possibly operational meetings to support employees regarding accommodation. - Participating in collaboration meetings with nurses and the rehabilitation team, as well as following up on assignments. - Supporting users in applications for guardianship and contact with the supervisory authority. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone with a higher education degree of at least 120 credits in social work (SOL, LSS) or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. We seek someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys a coordinating role with many points of contact. You have strong administrative skills, are accustomed to documentation, and maintain a professional demeanor towards both users, relatives, and partners. **Meritorious:** - Experience working within functional support, healthcare, or social services, as well as similar roles. - Good knowledge of systems such as Treserva and SPINK. **Conditions** Selection and interviews will begin during the application period.
