In our respective units, we work together to ensure our customers receive the help they need. We are characterized by high job satisfaction and great commitment from our employees. The Center 1 office is located on Jönköpingsgatan and provides home care and support to customers living in Husensjö, Sofieberg, Rosengården, and Adolfsberg. North 3's office is located on Dalhemsvägen and provides care and support to customers in Dalhem, Berga, Mariastaden, Ödåkra, and Kattarp. As an employee, you receive a wellness contribution of 3,000 SEK per year. Job Responsibilities As a coordinator, you will work with varied tasks. You will administer and distribute operations for day and evening shifts, understand and work towards a balanced budget and safe work environment. The work involves different areas of responsibility, such as working according to the approved quality assurance process in home care under the Social Services Act, following planning processes, documenting in LifeCare, and working in Mina Planer to ensure good collaboration when receiving new customers and hospital discharges. The work also involves preparing for various meeting formats where you are expected to have an active, supportive role. In your work, you will closely collaborate with the unit manager regarding scheduling, monitoring staffing needs, and evaluating temporary staff. You will also ensure staffing planning for temporary workers during absences and work overload based on operational needs. Part of your time will involve coordinating the introduction of new employees. You will be part of a local management group consisting of three coordinators, an administrator, and a unit manager. Together, we work to create the best conditions for our employees in their work. The coordinator position will also involve working in home care. This may include planned or unplanned care interventions for customers. The position includes working weekends every 6th week. Qualifications We are looking for a certified nursing assistant with strong abilities in logistics, pedagogy, and problem-solving that will be evident in operational work, as you are accustomed to distributing tasks. To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to: • Have basic computer skills and be comfortable working with various digital tools • Be confident in documentation skills and willing to perform delegated interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act • Have a B driver's license • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have previous experience with Phoniro, LifeCare, Mina Planer, and Medvind, as well as similar work experience.
